Getting started with Brooklyn Pet Club is simple.

Here’s what the process looks like before your first booking and what you can expect once care begins.

Step 1: Submit an Inquiry

Tell us about your pet and the dates you need care.

Step 2: Create Your Client Portal & Arrange a Meet & Greet

We’ll invite you to create your client portal, then match you with a trusted Brooklyn Pet Club caregiver who fits your pet’s needs.

All of our caregivers are background checked, experienced, insured & bonded, and chosen for their calm, attentive approach to animal care.

Before services begin, we’ll coordinate a meet & greet so everyone can get comfortable and make sure it feels like a great fit.

Meet & greets are $35 and credited toward your first service. (Credit applies within 1 month for dog walks/drop-in visits, and within 2 months for house sitting.)

Step 3: Relax - We’ve Got It

Once everything is set up, you can easily request visits, receive updates, photos, and communicate with your care provider through the app.
